You will need to lodge a claim and obtain a claim number with your insurance company before bringing the vehicle in to us.

Step 2: Formal Inspection

After getting in contact with us online, we will arrange a time for you to come in to the shop to have a more detailed assessment of the damage. Depending on the extent of the damage, we may need to hold the car for a few days to discover the extent of the damage.

Step 3: Insurance Approval

Once we have documented the full extent of the damage, we will prepare a quote for your insurance company. This can take a few days or even longer to receive approval.

Step 4: Repairs

Repairs for this type of damage can take weeks depending on the extent of the work required. We can provide you with a courtesy vehicle during this period if your insurance company does not.

Step 5: Collection / Delivery

Once we have completed your vehicle's repair, we will contact you to arrange collection. Alternatively, if you have one of our courtesy vehicles, we can deliver your repaired vehicle to you.
